再犯判刑 緩刑恐撤銷 Nov 28th 2011, 23:00 讀者流星雨問： 二○○七年我被告妨害自由及酒駕，法院各判處四月徒刑、罰金新台幣五萬元，可易服勞役，均緩刑三年並保護管束，要提供六十小時義務勞務。而保護管束到明年五月才結束，但上個月我又被告性騷擾。想請問，兩案會相互影響嗎？是否會被判刑？判多久？可否請求檢察官讓我易科罰金？ 詳全文：再犯判刑 緩刑恐撤銷
