強收「鎮長稅」廖學廣發監 Oct 31st 2011, 23:00 【蔣永佑╱台北報導】前台北縣汐止鎮長廖學廣，因巧立名目向建商強徵兩億四千多萬元鎮長稅，歷經十七年纏訟後，上月中被最高法院判刑一年定讞。廖學廣昨在朋友陪同下，準時前往士林地檢署報到並發監執行，檢方表示他態度十分良好。 詳全文：強收「鎮長稅」廖學廣發監
