宅配搞丟手機 遲未賠 Sep 29th 2011, 23:00 台灣宅配通遭新北市王小姐投訴，把她委託宅配的近萬元手機寄丟，事後無合理解釋遺失原因，只告知仍在尋找當中，且遲未理賠，讓王小姐相當不滿，痛批業者造成她網路拍賣評價受損。對此，台灣宅配通坦承作業疏失，事後已理賠。學者認為，業者應積極追查遺失物並善後。消保官指出，業者應妥善賠償。 投訴組 詳全文：宅配搞丟手機 遲未賠
