已匯款訂房 業者竟說客滿 Sep 29th 2011, 23:00 【投訴組╱高雄報導】消費者預訂10月初到墾丁浮潛、住宿，8月底就向墾丁民宿月光冷泉Villa訂房，已匯740元定金，但匯款後對方卻告知當天已無空房。對此，月光冷泉Villa坦承作業疏失，願加倍返還定金，或協調同業提供房間。消保官表示，消費者已付定金，契約即成立，業者無法履約，理當賠償。 詳全文：已匯款訂房 業者竟說客滿
